摘要

本文基于Sperber和Wilson提出的关联理论，以英文商务合同为语料，研究英文商务合同中的冗余汉译现象。研究发现英文商务合同中的冗余现象主要包括词义冗余和句法冗余两方面，并指出这是由于英汉语言中形合与意合的差异以及英文商务合同本身的特点造成的。在此基础上并提出了省略法、重复发、转换法和分译法等相应的翻译策略。该课题的目的在于加强我们对英文商务合同更好的理解，提高翻译质量，促进文化、经济等多方面的发展。
