论国外医药电子商务的发展及其对我国的启示_英语论文

A Study on Development of Foreign Pharmaceutical E-commerce and Its Enlightenment on China  

摘要

现今互联网的广泛使用,使得很多产业迅猛发展,药品行业便是其中之一。中国药品行业一直处于社会争议的焦点,由于药价高、药品被少数人或机构垄断,老百姓看病难、看病贵的现象在我国越来越严重。医药电子商务市场的出现极大地改善了这一情况,对该行业的垄断机制产生了有力的冲击。然而,相比于国外,中国的医药电子商务机制尚未成熟,由于各方面原因,仍然存在着一系列的问题。

本文对医药电子商务的概念、产生背景、主要类型、行业优势等方面进行了宏观综述,并以美国为例,描述其医药电子商务的发展现状,分析其发展模式、制度监管、行业规范等方面成功经验,针对我国医药电子商务发展存在的问题,进一步探讨发展的路径,以期为当前国家医药改革提供可参考的方法和策略。

Abstract

At present, Internet is widely used, which helps many industries to develop better and better, such as pharmaceutical industry. Chinese pharmaceutical industry has always been the focus of social disputes. Because of the high price of medicines and the monopoly of medicines by a group of people or institutions, getting medical service is not very easy and the fee is also quite high. In our life, there are lots of people who are unable to afford the expensive medicines. Thus, the appearance of pharmaceutical e-commerce has greatly improved the fact and broken the monopoly of this industry. However, compared with that in foreign countries, domestic pharmaceutical e-commerce mechanism is still not very mature. Due to various reasons, the mechanism has a series of problems.

 This thesis makes a macro review of the concept, background, main types, industrial advantages and other aspects of pharmaceutical e-commerce. What’s more, taking America as an example, this thesis describes the present development of American pharmaceutical e-commerce and analyzes its successful experience from aspects like modes of development, supervision of institution and standards of the industry. Then, aimed at problems existing in the development of domestic market, this thesis explores the solutions in order to provide valuable methods and strategies for the current pharmaceutical reform of our country.
