本文旨在通过对美国精神的研究更好的了解美国精神的内涵。《阿甘正传》是世界著名的电影，它不仅是一个电影，也象征着美国精神。《阿甘正传》中的美国精神感动了无数人，也使人们对美国产生了浓厚的兴趣。在《阿甘正传》中，阿甘诚实善良，他对爱情的忠诚和顽强的精神使人们重视到美国精神的价值。

Abstract

As the national spirit of the United States, American spirit has been the research focus for people in the world to explore. United States becomes the world's top countries from a nearly established country in two hundred years, in addition to historical reasons, the American spiritual culture plays a vital role. And the American spirit as the general name of the American spiritual culture, not only for the American people have special significance but also for the people of the world. The definition for American spirit also has different opinions, in general, the spirit of the United States is a spirit of the United States and culture, and it with the progress of the times are constantly changing

This thesis aims to learn more connotations of American Spirit by studying American Spirit. Forrest Gump is not only a movie, but also a symbol of American Spirit to people. The spirit that reflected from the Forrest Gump moves countless people and attracts people’s interests about America. Forrest is honest and kind, and his loyalty to love and tenacious spirit make people value the American spirit.
