摘要 

家庭是社会经济形态的统称，是社会构成的最基本单位。因此，家庭成员的行为直接影响着孩子们在社会中的言语和行为。价值观则是指人们对于周围事物的意义，重要性的总体评价和总体看法。而价值观树立的最重要时期就是孩提时期，由此可见家庭教育对孩子价值观树立的影响之大。电影《阳光下的小美女》和《镜子》是反映美国和中国家庭教育的典型影视作品。在很大程度上，它们反映了美国和中国家庭教育与生活的真实状况，并折射出中美两国在家庭教育观念上的多方面差异，为研究两国家庭教育对孩子价值观带来的影响提供了素材。本文运用跨文化相关知识，分析中美两部电影《阳光小美女》和《镜子》中体现的中美两国在家庭教育上的差异，探究家庭教育对孩子价值观的树立及形成的影响, 希望籍此为中国的家庭教育发展提出些许建议。
