摘要 

随着经济全球化和贸易自由化浪潮的发展，传统的关税壁垒已经不能满足当今的形势。因此，作为一种更为灵活、隐蔽的贸易壁垒,技术性贸易壁垒已经逐渐成为阻碍国际贸易发展的主要原因。但是，由于经济和科技水平有限，我国对技术性贸易壁垒了解甚微，所以在面对世界各国的技术性贸易壁垒时，显得有点应接不暇，这也在一定程度上阻碍了我国的对外贸易发展。

本文将通过对技术性贸易壁垒的概念以及作用机制的进一步研究，对中国的纺织品、机电产品进行分析，探索其对我国出口贸易的影响，并针对性地提出一些应对措施。
