摘要

《舌尖上的中国》是中国首次使用高清录像设备，近距离细致拍摄的美食类系列纪录片，每集都有其独特主题，介绍了时令美食以及当地特色美食。她的解说词具有汉语独特的语言美感，同时还具有中国传统文化的背景。此次选择对该纪录片字幕的翻译，不仅可以更好的实现中西方文化的交流对接，而且在传播中能够为中西方文化消除隔阂，因此可以使跨文化传播更顺利的进行。

本论文从跨文化视角下研究《舌尖上的中国》的字幕翻译，旨在探寻如何在跨文化背景的翻译中，展现汉语独有的语言美以及文化美，描绘与感知中国人的生活态度、饮食习俗以及文化传统，体会中国饮食文化的博大精深与源远流长，从而达到外宣的目的，提升我国文化魅力。
