Research on the E-C Translation of Business Contracts from Contextual Adaptability_英语论文

摘要

随着经济全球化趋势增强，国际贸易合作迅速增加，英语商务合同的翻译显得越来越重要。本文从维索尔的语境顺应论的角度研究英语商务合同的汉译。语境顺应论包括交际语境顺应和语言语境顺应。交际语境的顺应包含心理世界、社交世界、语言使用者以及物理世界这四方面的顺应；语言语境的顺应包括篇内衔接的顺应、篇际制约的顺应、线性序列的顺应。英语商务合同的汉译需顺应交际语境和语言语境的各个方面，从而减少商务合同翻译中的语用失误，规避商务合同英译可能出现的错误，有效地保障合同双方的利益，从而促进合同双方的交流与合作。
