On C-E Translation of Food Instruction from the Perspective of Skopos Theory_英语论文

摘要

随着全球经济一体化的加深，尤其是中国加入世界贸易组织后，越来越多的中国产品进入了国外市场，产品的英文说明书也随之变得必不可少。质量好的英文产品说明书，不仅可以使国外消费者了解产品，而且还可以增加国外消费者对中国产品的好感和满意度，提升中国企业的形象。食品说明书是一种极具实用性和商业价值的文本，如果按照传统翻译理论的要求，一味地遵守原文的格式和内容，译文很可能达不到预期的效果，有时甚至会导致产品销售的失败。目前，食品说明书的翻译还存在着不少问题，对食品说明书翻译的研究也远远不能令人满足。

本文从德国功能目的论视角，结合大量实例分析，探讨食品说明书的翻译，并提出了增译、减译、借译等翻译方法，希望能为中国食品走向世界提供一些帮助。
