摘要

在国际贸易中,商务合同翻译质量的好坏关系到合同双方的经济利益，影响将来的合作和发展，因此商务合同的翻译发挥着重要的作用。本文以功能翻译理论为指导，从宏观和微观两个层面分析英文商务合同的汉译。宏观层面主要探究商务合同的功能、文本类型、翻译目的，微观层面主要分析英语商务合同的语言特点，从词汇、句法和篇章三方面探讨商务合同的翻译方法。经过分析，本文认为功能翻译理论能对英语商务合同汉译具有很强的适用性。
