摘要 

《无名的裘德》是英国现实主义作家托马斯·哈代创作的最后一部长篇小说。作为他的封笔之作，也是他最受争议的一部作品。该书为我们展现了下层社会人的生存奋争、精神追求和无法摆脱既定命运的悲剧与无力感，充满了对维多利亚时代中后期社会展现的弊端的批判，尤其是家庭婚姻、教育体制、宗教习俗等。

自该书出版以来，广受争议，具有很强的探究意义。国内外对其研究涵盖了多个方面， 例如悲剧色彩、象征意义等，但是仍有不完备的方面。书中两位女性形象在父权制社会的压迫下的行为颇具深意。淑是维多利亚时期女性主义思想的代表人物，而阿拉贝娜的行为却完全与女性主义背道而驰。本文将从女性主义角度对比分析书中两个个性鲜明，却截然不同的女性形象——阿拉贝娜和淑，具体将从早期经历，婚姻态度和价值选择这三个方面探究其在父权制社会下所体现或违背女性主义的地方。同时论文还将用女性主义理论深入分析两位女性的悲剧结局和个性缺陷。本文有助于人们更好地从女性主义角度去看待维多利亚时期的不同女性及其命运。
