摘要

作为卡勒德·胡赛尼的第一部小说，《追风筝的人》讲述的是一个身在美国的阿富汗移民对于他的的童年往事以及他成人后对于儿时所犯下的过错---为了博得父爱，在面对他人对于自己好友哈桑的强暴时选择冷眼旁观并对其背叛,最终进行自我救赎的心路历程。为了更好的突出小说主人公的成长路程，作者多次使用重复手法创建了一个风筝意象，进一步加强了小说的主题意义。本文将从小说主人公的成长的经历过程以及他的个人心灵救赎开始，探讨阿米尔如何在外力的推动下，摒弃了其思想和心理上自私和唯我的道德观；如何从自私走向人性善良以及如何在恶势力面前树立不畏强暴而坚持正义的高贵品德。

Abstract

As the first novel of Khaled Hosseini, The Kite Runner tells the story of an Afghanistan immigrant living in the United States about his redemption of humanity by his childhood mistakes. In order to win the fatherly love, he chooses to sit back in the face of his best friend Hassan's being raped and betrays their friendship, finally gaining the self-salvation of humanity by himself. In order to better highlight the growth of the protagonist of the novel, the author uses repetition to create a kite image, further strengthening the theme of the novel. This article will start from the process of the growth of the protagonist and his personal redemption of humanity, to discuss how Amir, driven by external forces, gets his thoughts and psychological mentality free from the bound of selfishness to get benevolence as well as human nature; and how to uphold the noble character of justice even in front of fear of violence and evil forces .
