摘要

冲突性话语是一种普遍而复杂的现象，它频繁地发生在人们的交际中，然而其负面性却被人们长期忽视。近年来，冲突性话语中的人际关系问题逐渐受到语用学研究者的关注。因此，本研究基于关系管理理论，以著名美剧《老友记》为例，调查和研究了朋友间冲突性话语产生的原因。本研究分析了朋友间冲突性话语产生三种原因，研究结果显示：冲突性话语的产生主要与面子管理和社会权利与义务管理有关，而与交往目的管理关系较小；关系越密切的朋友，越容易产生话语冲突。因此，我们在与朋友的日常交流中要注意他人的面子，学会换位思考，具体地说就是给予他们恰当、正面的评价，用合适的方式与之相处，给予他们充分的尊重。
