海外代购英语合同中的词汇研究
A Study on the Vocabulary in English Overseas Purchasing Contracts
摘要
在全球化经济和对外贸易发展的影响下,海外代购作为一种新的贸易形式在我国迅速发展起来，尤其在电子商务平台上。海外代购合同是一种国际贸易合同,它是在不同的国家或地区对当事人权利和义务的书面协议。国际贸易合同规定了各方当事人的权利和义务, 应当受国家法律的保护。为了避免产生歧义、漏洞和任何误解, 商务合同的措词必须正式、规范、严谨。目前关于外贸英语的词汇研究很多， 海外代购的研究也很多，但很少有人研究海外代购英语合同中的词汇。本文基于典型实例的分析,探讨海外代购合同中独特的词汇使用现象，从而体现海外代购合同所具有的文体特征。同时，在分析词汇特征的基础上，进一步尝试研究海外代购合同的词汇翻译策略。作者希望通过本论文的研究，相关领域的合同使用者和研究者可以更好地理解和规范词汇在海外代购合同中的使用。

Abstract
Under the influence of the global economy and the development of foreign trade, the cross-border purchasing business as a new form of business became very popular, especially on the e-commerce platform in China. There are so many fake goods in our country so that people prefer to buy commodities through the Internet such as Taobao, wechat, and so on. Overseas purchasing contract is a kind of international trade contract, operating in different countries or regions and the parties come to a written agreement of rights and obligations. The contracts stipulate the rights and obligations of the parties which shall be protected by state laws. In order to avoid ambiguity, vulnerabilities, and any misunderstandings, the wording must be formal, standardized and rigorous. There are many scholars who have studied on the vocabulary in business contracts, and there are also a lot of studies have been published about the overseas purchasing, as the definition, feature, current situation and etc. But there have few studies on the vocabulary in English overseas purchasing contracts. Therefore, this thesis is going to solve the problem and analysis how to use vocabulary accurately in English overseas purchasing contracts. Based upon the analysis of typical examples, it will discuss the special usage of vocabulary in the overseas purchasing contracts so as to show the stylistic feature of contracts. Meanwhile, this thesis will further study on the translation strategy for the vocabulary of overseas purchasing contracts based on the former analysis. By the study of this paper, the author hopes those related users and scholars can better understand and use the words in the overseas purchasing contracts.
