摘要

随着全球经济一体化的发展，世界各国的交流日益频繁,有效的沟通成为跨文化交际中的一个重要课题。外语教学已经不仅仅是语言教学，而且是能够在不同文化背景下的沟通。

国外视频公开课的发展是全球化的必然趋势，是网络技术和教育资源的结合。这也是学习外语文化信息的重要途径。

本文将重点分析将国外视频公开课作为学习工具提高大学生跨文化交际的能力的方式，并讨论国外视频公开课将语言教学和文化教学结合起来在大学生学习过程中发挥的优势。以及重点研究了将国外视频公开课应用到日常跨文化交际的学习中的方式。

Abstract

With the economic globalization and the increasing exchanges between the outside world and China, effective communication becomes an important topic in intercultural communication. Foreign language education is not only the teaching of language, but also developing of the ability to communicate in different cultural background. 

Foreign open online course, which is the inevitable trend of globalization, is a combination of internet technology and education resources. It is an important way to learn the background information of foreign language. The learning of foreign open online course is an effective way for the input and output of culture. 

This paper will focus on foreign open online course used as a learning tool to improve college students’ intercultural communication ability, and discuss the way that language learning and culture learning improve students’ intercultural communicative competence. And apply the foreign open online course to the intercultural communication learning.
