商务英语函电语言的特征及其在对外贸易中的作用

摘要
商务英语函电是国际商务往来中经常使用的交流手段，而商务英语函电的使用贯穿对外贸易交往的各个环节，准确而有效的传递着各种商务信息。要书写好外贸英语函电，首先必须要了解外贸函电的语言特点以及一些重要原则。本文通过对英语函电的学习，运用文献分析法和例证法，对商务英语函电在对外贸易中的作用展开探讨。试图从商务英语函电的词汇使用、句法以及文体风格三方面对外贸函电语言的特点进行分析并阐述其在国际贸易中的作用，提出构建外贸函电的应用技巧，以促进对外贸易的有效沟通。

Abstract
Business English correspondence is a usual communication manner applied in international business communication. While the application of business English correspondence is throughout all links of foreign trade and transfers all kinds of business information with effectiveness and accuracy. In order to write better business English correspondences, it is necessary to know about the linguistic features of business English correspondences and its important principles as well.  With the research into business English correspondences by the methods of literature analysis and exemplification, the writer makes an attempt to absorb the experiences from graduation field work  and try to give specific analysis of the features of business English correspondences for foreign trade The paper presents the characteristics of business English correspondences from perspective of the usage of vocabulary and sentence type as well as the styli characteristics in business correspondences. Also, it explore into the functions of business English correspondences in international trade, aiming to put forward application strategies in conducting effective business English correspondences so as to facilitate the effective communication in international trade exchange.
