东西方饮食文化差异分析

An Analysis of Differences between Chinese and Western Food Cultures

摘  要:民以食为天,饮食文化一直与人们的生活息息相关,一直伴随着社会不断向前发展,呈现出多样性和包容性的特点。受不同社会历史背景,地理环境,风俗习惯,民族特性的影响,不同国家和民族的饮食文化也存在巨大的差异,主要体现在饮食观念,餐桌礼仪,食物烹制等等。由于近几年国际交流日益密切,东西方饮食文化也在不断碰撞冲突中融合,求同存异。本文旨在探究和分析其差异的表现及原因。

关键词:饮食文化,烹制方式,饮食观念,餐桌礼仪

Abstract: Food is the first necessity of people. Food and its culture have always been closely related to people’s life and accompanied by the continuous development of society, showing diversity and inclusiveness. In view of heterogeneous historical and social backgrounds, geographical environment, customs and national characteristics, the food culture of different countries and ethnic groups greatly varies, mainly in food concepts, etiquettes, contents, cooking process and etc.. Due to the increasingly close international exchanges in recent years, the eastern and western food culture are also integrated in conflicts and misunderstandings, searching for common grounds while reserving differences. The thesis is aimed to explore and analyze the aspects and causes of these differences of both cultures.
