摘  要

作为一门全球性的语言，英语在全球化的发成过程中，有着不可磨灭的重要作用，它已经成为来自世界各地，不同文化、不同语言的人们之间交流的重要工具。但是不可避免的是，因为语言理解上的差异，在交流过程中难免会产生一些误会或者误解。在这篇文章中，作者通过分析英语日常用语中出现的隐喻现象再结合隐喻和概念隐喻的基本理论，希望能帮助英语使用者正确的理解以及更好的了解英语日常用语中出现的隐喻现象。能够正确理解英语日常用语中的隐喻现象，对不同文化背景人们的交流有着至关重要的作用。

Abstract

As a global language，English plays an indelible role during the development of globalization and it has became an important tool of communication used by people from different culture and language. But inevitably, because people have different understand of this language, so, some misunderstanding exist in the process of communion. In this article, through the analysis of the metaphor phenomenon in communicative expressions and combination with the basic theory of metaphor and conceptual metaphor, the author hopes that this article can help English users understand the metaphor phenomenon in English communicative expressions correctly. A correct understanding of the metaphorical phenomenon in English communicative expressions plays an important role in the communication of people from different cultural background.
