On the Current Situation and Prospect of Establishing China-Japan-Korea FTA

摘要

中日韩同为全球重要经济体，国内生产总值合计超过16万亿美元，占世界30%以上。中日韩相互的贸易额将近7万亿美元，就全球贸易额来说超过了百分之二十，并且占东亚GDP的百分之九十，同时，作为全球贸易大国，三国经济结构具有较强的互补性，日本科技发达，所以在科技和资金方面占有优势，韩国发错势头很好属于在技术上也有优势，中国劳动力市场很好，但三国之间的贸易量只占三国对外贸易总量的不足20%。如果成功将中日韩自贸建立成功，其规模仅仅比欧盟的规模小，因为这将会是个超过15亿人口的大市场。并且近十年WTO多哈回轮谈判的失败，全球多边贸易谈判进展缓慢，延缓世界经济全球化的发展进程，然而，当今的世界发展趋势就是建立区域经济一体化，所以在这种背景下，建立这样的自贸区很有现实的意义，更具有重大战略意义，在区域经济一体化浪潮中如何把握给予，促进自身经济发展，已经成为三国政府关注的焦点，也必定是现在发展趋势。

Abstract

Japan and South Korea as the world's major economies, have a GDP of totaled more than $16 trillion, accounting for more than 30% of the world. The trade volume of three country is nearly 7 trillion, accounted for more than 20% of Global trade, accounting for 90% of the GDP of East Asia. At the same time, as a global trading power, the economy’s structure of the three country are complementary to one another. Japan has capital and technology advantages, South Korea is a new industrial countries, whose surpassing ability can’t be ignored, China has a great advantage of the labor resources and the market, but the volume of trade between the three countries only accounted for 20% of the three country. The establishment of FTA among China, Japan and Korea would become a market which has a population of more than 15 billion, the size of its economy only smaller than the EU and North America. Because the failure of Doha Development Round in past ten years slow progress in global multilateral trade negotiation, regional economic cooperation, mostly in the form of FTA, is blooming throughout the World. How to grasp the opportunity, to promote their own economic development has become the focus of attention of the three governments.
