电子商务时代旅游企业盈利模式分析_英语论文

An Analysis on Profit Models of Tourism Enterprise under the E-commerce Age

摘要

在经济迅猛发展的今天,旅游行业的发展也越来越迅速,各行各业开始进军电子商务市场。电子商务环境下,网络技术可以使旅游产业以相对较低的成本给消费者提供各种旅游信息及服务,但是旅游电子商务的运营能否成功和模式的选择有很大的关系。本文从旅游电子商务的定义出发,阐述了旅游企业的在线盈利模式,并运用对比分析的手法,对于B2B与B2C商务模式进行分析,特别对携程和去哪儿网的盈利模式进行比较分析,引出了如今旅游企业在电子商务环境下的发展现状,并对行业的发展前景进行大胆预测,最后提出一些增加旅游企业盈利措施的方法,促进中国旅游企业的发展,达到旅游电子商务新的高潮。

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy, the development of tourism enterprises is also more and more rapid that all walks of life has begun to enter the e-commerce market. Under the e-commerce environment, network technology can make the tourism industry provide consumers with a variety of tourism information and services with relatively low cost in order to satisfy their demands. However, whether the operation of tourism e-commerce is successful or not is greatly related to the choice of models. The paper starts from the definition of tourism electronic commerce, then expound online profit models of tourism enterprises. With the use of comparative analysis, this paper analyzes two different business models---B2B and B2C, especially for the analysis of Ctrip and Qunar, which leads to the recent development of tourism enterprises in the e-commerce environment and makes a bold forecast of industry's development. Finally, it puts forward some methods to increase the profits of tourism enterprises in order to boost the development of Chinese tourism and reach another peak of tourism electronic commerce.
