摘　要

随着全球化进程的不断推进，越来越多的商业活动在全球范围内开展，商务英语成了这个时代发展所需，也是英语语言发展的趋势。商务英语与一般的英语语言表达不要同，商务英语的语言有它本身的特征。在涉外交际中，由于文化差异，在交流过程中有不同的忌讳，我们应避免这些忌讳，以免造成商业交谈的失败。因此，我们在商务活动中应注意到商务英语的特殊性，应选用正确的表达方式来阐述观点。委婉表达是商务英语中的一个重要组成部分，也是商务英语表达中的一个重要手段，因为通过委婉表达可以避免一些不愉快以及尴尬状况发生，商务交谈中准确的措辞、礼貌的言语可以为商务活动营造良好的氛围，达到商务合作双方的目的。由于委婉语在英语中有广泛的运用，本文从商务英语中委婉表达的分类、功能及原则来明确委婉表达在商务英语中的特别之处，并分析了商务英语中委婉表达的翻译方法，应从字句上规范翻译，从而在商务英语中可以准确选择正确的委婉表达并进行正确的翻译。

Abstract

Nowadays，the globalization process is accelerated and the quickening globalization makes more and more business activities taken place in this world. We can see the world is moving further toward multi-polarization and economic globalization. Business English is necessary for the development of modern society. It is also the trend of the development of the English language. Business English is not the command English. It has many different aspects from the English in our daily life. Business English has its own characteristics. During the intercultural communication, because the differences of cultural, there are different taboo in communication process. We need to avoid these taboos in case to recede the rate of failure of Business negotiation. So we need to realize the specialty of the language in Business activities and choose the proper expression method to exclaim our opinion. Euphemism is an important part in business English. It is also common mean of expression in Business English. It can avoid some unpleasant and embarrassing situation. The accurate use of word and the polite attitude can create a good atmosphere for business activities in order to achieve the purpose of both sides. Because the euphemism in English is widely used, in this paper clearly define the special of euphemism in Business English from the classification of euphemism, its function and principles. What's more, It analyses the translation of euphemism in Business English should pay attention to the words and sentences. In this way, we can choose the right euphemistic expression and offer the standard translation.

1 Introduction
 With the integration of world economy is deepened continuously and embedded, business English has become global. The world is moving further toward multi-polarization and economic globalization. And seeing from all over the world, worldwide cooperation between enterprises and projects are greatly increasing. Participation in international trade and world trade, economic development in the country play an important role. The importance of Business English has been wide recognized. Business English is not only the product with the development of society, but the trend with the development of language itself.
