摘　要

自从中国加入世贸组织以来，金融事务成为了经济发展的一块重要内容。因此，金融英语词汇逐渐开始进入我们的日常生活。金融英语词汇是英语语言中的一种专业术语，它们具有专业词汇的严谨性和准确性。尽管越来越多的人开始学习金融英语的翻译，也给我们带来了一些好的作品。但是，这些年金融市场发展迅速，尤其是金融危机的到来，使得金融市场的环境发生了巨大的变化。因此也产生了很多新的金融英语词汇。本篇论文会结合前人的成果来做进一步的分析和讨论，研究出更多关于金融英语词汇翻译的特点。
这篇论文主要通过分析金融英语词汇的词义特点来帮助我们更好的理解金融英语词汇。同时，分析更多新的金融词汇的翻译方法，从而帮助我们更好地处理金融事务。

Abstract

After China's accession to the WTO, financial affairs become the important fields in economic activity. So the English financial terms are going into our daily lives. English financial terms are a variant of the English language, and as a type of technical words, they possess the features of technical words such as preciseness and explicitness in meaning. Though more and more people are studying financial English translation, and it brings many literatures about the translation. In these years, the speed of the financial market development is very fast, especially, for the financial crisis, the international financial environment has changed a lot. So many new financial words are coming to describe the phenomenon. This paper is based on the predecessors' ideas to make further analysis, to discuss the special points in translation of financial English vocabulary.
The thesis aims to analyze the lexical and semantic features of English financial terms. It will help us understand the financial words easily, and improve learning English financial terms. Through this paper, some new methods of translation will be given, which can help us to deal with the financial affairs.

1    Introduction
 This paper mainly discusses about the features of the financial English vocabulary translation. The paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction of the financial English, the second part is the analysis of the literature, the third is the features of the financial English vocabulary; the fourth part is the analysis of the translation; the last is a conclusion.
1.1 Definition of finance
In a general sense, financial is described as monetary credit, banking and various promotion methods of theory and practice. This theory includes investment, speculation, credit and securities. From a macroscopic view, it is about how to coordinate the financial system, facilitating the flow of the currency in both borrowers and lenders, as well as how the new currency lending created by financial intermediary role in the process of learning.
