摘  要

本文的研究目的是为了研究外贸函电翻译中合作原则的应用，以及合作原则在外贸函电翻译中的体现和优点，文章研究了外贸函电翻译的准确性和重要性，同时从合作原则的量的准则、质的准则、关联准则以及方式准则这四个子原则进行分析研究，也分别结合了具体实例对寻常翻译和合作原则下的翻译这两者进行了比较分析。论文主要采用网络研究法，利用网络查找中外文献资料。通过研究分析，本文发现，由于中英文在表达方式，用词习惯等的差异性，翻译外贸函电的时候要慎重选词，用简洁的语言准确表达出外贸函电的内容，而合作原则的运用则会给外贸函电翻译来正面的影响。

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the application of the Cooperative Principle in the translation of foreign trade correspondence, and also to find out the embodiment and advantage of translation of foreign trade correspondence in the perspective of Cooperative Principle. In the thesis, it has researched the correctness and importance of foreign trade correspondence translation. The thesis takes the characteristics of foreign trade correspondence translation as a starting point, and then compares with specific examples that are translated in the perspective of Cooperative Principle and in the common way from the four Maxims of the Cooperative Principle, which are the Maxim of Quantity, the Maxim of Quality, the Maxim of Relation and the Maxim of Manner. And in this graduation thesis, the approach of Internet research was mainly used to find Chinese literature and foreign literature as well as some available information. By reason of the difference between Chinese and English in language expression and word habits, it should be carefully enough to choose the right words and to express the content with simple language. Through the analysis of the research, it has been studied in this thesis that the use of the Cooperative Principle has positive influence on the translation of foreign trade correspondence.
