摘  要

随着全球化的快速发展，国际贸易也变得越来频繁。国际商务合同作为一种能够传递贸易信息和确定业务关系的重要手段，得到了越来越多的人们的关注。虽然有学者从认知，功能对等，顺应论，图式理论模式等角度研究国际商务合同翻译，本文从韩礼德的语域论这个角度来分析国际商务合同翻译。从语域论的语场，语旨和语式出发，研究它们在国际商务合同翻译中的应用。本文采用收集信息、案例分析和总结的方法，通过研究发现国际商务合同有独特的语言特征，在语域选择和语言使用特色中和普通文本英语有很大的不同。将语域论运用到翻译理论中将会有助于国际商务合同的翻译，使国际商务合同文本翻译更加准确、客观、清晰、正式和严密，从而避免贸易合作伙伴之间权利和义务引起争端。

Abstract

With the rapid growth of globalization, the international trading becomes more and more frequent. As one of the most important means to convey international trading information and finalize the relations of international trading, international trading contracts have gained an increasing popularity from people. Although some scholars are from the perspective of cognitive theory, equivalence theory, pragmatic adaptation theory, schema theory model and so on to analyze the translation of international trading contracts，this thesis is going to analyze the translation of international trading contracts from the perspective of Halliday's register theory. This thesis will from these three aspects, field of discourse, tenor of discourse, mode of discourse to further explore the application of the theory in the translation of international trading contracts. This thesis adopts the method of collecting information, case analysis and summary to analyze the translation of international trading contracts. By studying, it finally finds out that international trading contract has its unique linguistic features, it defers from common text in register choices and the characteristics of language use to a large extent. In the end of the thesis, it draws a conclusion that the application of register theory in translation theory will be helpful to the translation of international trading contracts. It will make the translation of international trading contracts more accurate, objective, clear, formal and rigorous, so that disputes of right and obligation between trading partners will be avoided.
