摘  要

当今世界，国际经济贸易活动日益频繁。商务英语合同作为重要的法律文件依据，越来越多的英语和法律爱好者希望尽快准确理解，翻译和制作英语合同以便加快国际商务合作进程。然而商务英语合同的汉翻译却存在着诸多问题。其主要原因是合同本身涉外交易性质的存在。本文由六个部分构成。首先作者介绍了关于商务英语合同翻译的一些基本概念及前人研究概况。第二部分介绍了商务英语合同的语言特征。第三部分则是现阶段商务英语合同翻译存在的错误。在本章节中三大现存合同错误被详细分析。接下来作者在第四部分简单描写了在商务英语翻译过程中造成翻译错误的成因。第五部分则是介绍了解决商务英语合同翻译错误的对策。第六部分是总结，作者对从事商务英语合同翻译人员提出可塑性建议，这将有助于规范商务英语翻译, 繁荣商务英语翻译市场,推动中西商务交流。

Abstract

In today's society, along with the growth of international business and exchange, the Business English contract tends to be as the most important legal document basis. While more and more English and legal enthusiasts who are dithyrambic about the process of comprehending, translating and making Business English contracts for the sake of accelerating the process of international business cooperation. What is worth mentioning that there still are plenty of errors when we do the Business English contract translations. And its main error can be concluded to the existed nature of the contract, that is: the foreign-related nature. The paper consists of six parts. In the first part, the basic notions and several studies made by predecessors will be introduced. In the second part, the language features of Business English contract have been illustrated. In the third part, comes the introduction of errors on current translation of Business English contract and three detailed errors will be displayed. Part four is about the causes of current translation of Business English contract, two causes will be shown in this part. Part five, the countermeasures of Business English contracts translation will be displayed. Part six, which is the last part concerning the conclusion, during this part, feasible suggestions are raised for the translators who are responsible for the Business English contract translation, which helps to standardize the Business English translation and boom the Business English translation market and finally promote the business communication between the East and West.
