Abstract

    With the college English teaching reforms implemented vigorously, the building of self access learning center and its wild application are regarded as the important form of teaching reform mode, especially in mainland. After several years empirical research, the expert acknowledged that the feasibility of this teaching mode reform in the university. To the current problems, we give several improvement measures to improve college students self-access learning ability and improve their English proficiency.
    The digital era has very big influence on English teaching, When Internet develops to a certain level. the traditional English teaching model must be changed  fundamentally. The network optimizes the function and position of English learning. And the digitalization and networking of the teaching information invents an perfect context for English learning. The network provides a global space. As the teaching designer, the role of the teacher is very important and the classroom teaching possesses more independence，interaction, and coordination．

摘要

 随着各高校大学英语教学改革的大力推行，网络自主学习中心的构建和广泛使用成为教学改革模式中的一项重要举措，尤其在中国。通过两年的实证研究，专家了解到该项教学模式改革在高校实施的可行性，并针对目前存在的问题，提出了几点改进措施，以促进大学生的自主学习能力，提高他们的英语应用能力。
数字化时代对英语教学的影响很大；当互联网发展到一定程度时，必从根本上改变传统英语教学的格局；网络优化了英语学习的功能和地位；教学信息的数字化、网络化创造了一个良好的学习语境；网络提供了全球性的广阔空间；教师作为教学设计者的作用明显提高：课堂教学更具自主性、互动性、和协作性。
