Abstract:

With the rapid development of globalization, English has become a world language and many Chinese begin to learn it. Nowadays, however, it is too utilitarian in China's English teaching and learning in primary schools and there exist huge differences in students' English ability and so forth. So how to learn it? Based on the class, this paper is to discuss how to ameliorate pupils’ interest in English study from different aspects. They will work hard if they are interested in English learning. Secondly, the responsibility of teachers is to motivate them to learn English thoroughly and efficiently. Thereby, teachers, to a certain extent, exert far-reaching impact on pupils. And it is of great significance for teachers to elaborately design a suitable method to improve pupils’ English learning ability.

摘  要:

随着全球一体化的快速发展,英语已成为一种世界性的语言,越来越多的中国人开始学习英语。但是,现在我国小学英语教学存在着过于功利化、小学生英语能力差异较大等问题。所以如何学习英语?基于课堂,本文从不同的角度去探讨如何培养小学生的英语学习兴趣。如果他们对英语学习感兴趣,那他们就会刻苦努力的去学习。其次,全面、高效地提高小学生的英语学习水平是教师的职责所在。因此,在一定程度上,教师会对小学生产生深远的影响。对于教师来说,精心设计一种适合提高小学生英语学习水平的教学方法相当重要。

1 Introduction   
English,as a global language, has become an important instrument for international communication, technical and cultural exchange.  The learning and using of English also play an important role in assimilating the achievements of human civilization, drawing lessons from advanced scientific and technological accomplishments abroad and enhancing mutual comprehension between China and other countries. The English course provided in the compulsory education stage puts the foundation for the improvement of China's wholly national literacy, the cultivation of innovative and cross-cultural communication abilities to enhance China's international competitiveness and exchange ability. Learning English is also of great significance for the future development of young people.
