Abstract
The students’ affective factors have great effect on foreign language teaching and learning. And questioning in class is a very important part of the emotional communication in language teaching and learning. It is significant to both improve teaching efficiency and cultivate students’ creativity and practical ability. Therefore,on the basis of relative theory and practical investigation by a questionnaire, this paper is to analyze the effect of questioning strategies on students’ affective factors in English class through in-depth study on the domestic and abroad researches of questioning strategies and affective factors, so that the importance of the manipulating the questioning strategies in English class will be emphasized.

   情感因素对外语教学具有重大的影响,而课堂提问是语言类学习教学中情感交流的重要组成部分,对提高教学效果以及培养学生创新精神和实践能力都具有十分重要的意义。本文依据相关的理论和实际问卷调查,通过对国内外课堂提问策略研究及感情因素研究的深入探讨,针对英语课堂提问策略对学生情感因素的影响进行分析,强调了课堂提问策略的运用在语言教学过程中的重要性

1 Introduction
The history of asking questions in class is almost as long as educational activities and it makes the teachers’ questioning behavior undoubtedly the most important method among the various forms of teaching and learning methods. The positively affective factors that teachers represent in the process of applying questioning strategies will have good effects on student’s English learning. Realize the existence of the effects and teachers will pay lots of attention on how to improve their questioning skills in class to produce positive effects on students’ learning.

In view of the above facts, it is necessary for the teachers to realize the effects of questioning strategies on student’s affective factors in English class, so that teachers will use better ways to ask questions in class, thus students’ subjective initiative will be brought out and the negatively affective factors will be avoided, and the improved questioning skills can make students learn English independently and effectively.
