Abstract:

With the development of science and technology, peace and development have become two important themes of our time. But the hegemonism of America fundamentally confines the development of itself and the world, which poses a threat to the peace and stability of the world. As the world's only superpower, the United States has been pursuing hegemonism and power politics, playing the role of the world police. In the new century, the hegemonic role of America displays its importance. However, with the development of the international multi-polarization pattern, the American hegemonism is definitely receiving opposition and challenge from all aspects of the world.
This paper firstly describes the Snowden event and the exposed Prism program. And secondly, through the analysis of the nature of Prism program, the deception of the so-called “Democracy and Human Rights” of the U.S. Government and the nature of cultural hegemony of the United States are revealed. Thirdly, it analyzes the performances, nature and harms of American hegemonism as a whole. Then, the paper comes to a natural conclusion of maintaining world peace and fighting against hegemonism. Finally, the paper demonstrates the threat of cultural hegemony to the safety of state information.
The practical significance of the paper is to help people gain further knowledge of the importance and urgency of maintaining world peace and ensuring the real freedom, democracy and human rights for people by revealing the nature of hegemony and the harmfulness of American hegemony.

摘  要：

随着科技的日新月异，和平与发展是当今时代的主题。但是美国的霸权主义从根本上限制了其自身和世界的发展，威胁着世界的和平与稳定。作为世界上唯一的超级大国，美国一直奉行霸权主义、强权政治，在国际舞台上充当世界警察的角色。新世纪以来，美国霸权主义的角色显得尤为突出。但是，随着世界多极化格局的发展，美国的霸权主义必将受到来自世界各方面力量的反对和挑战。
本论文首先简述了“斯诺登事件” 和被曝光的“棱镜计划”，通过对“棱镜计划”本质的分析，揭露了美国政府的“自由、民主、人权”口号的欺骗性和文化霸权的本质；然后讲述了文化霸权对国家信息安全的威胁；接着从整体上分析了美国霸权主义的表现、实质及危害，最后得出维护世界和平、反对美国霸权主义的结论。
论文的实际意义在于通过揭露美国的文化霸权本质及其危害，使人们进一步认识到维护世界和平，捍卫人们真正意义上的“自由、民主、人权”的重要性和紧迫性。
