摘要

在经济全球化的今天,国际间商务交往日趋密切,更加凸显东西方文化差异对国际商务谈判的影响,若不加以重视可能会引发不必要的误会,甚至可能影响商务交往的成果。这就意味着在国际商务谈判中了解并处理好文化差异尤为重要。本文从文化的定义入手,深入剖析文化差异产生的原因、对国际商务谈判的影响以及应对策略。从而在商务谈判中,深入了解和接受文化差异,尽量淡化文化差异对商务谈判的不利影响,促进国际商务谈判的成功。

Abstract

As international business increases rapidly with economic globalization, the impact of culture differences becomes more and more important on international business negotiation. If people do not pay attention, it may lead to unnecessary misunderstanding, and even affect the outcome of business contacts. It means it is particularly important to understand and deal with cultural differences in international business negotiations. This essay will start from the definition of culture, analysis of the reasons for cultural differences, impact on international business negotiations and the way to deal with it in depth. Therefore people can understand and accept cultural differences, try to dilute the adverse impact of cultural differences, and promote the success of international business negotiations.

1. Introduction
International business negotiation, as the special pattern of human communication, necessarily refers to the association of different areas, different nations and different social culture. With the development of economic globalization, international exchanges have become more frequent than ever before. People have more international business negotiation and frequent business contacts. Then the cross-culture negotiation appears. So, more and more countries need to know about other areas’ culture, and avoid making mistakes during international business negotiation. Before negotiating, negotiators must know the influence of the cultural differences. Only by facing the influence energetically can we make the target come true.
