摘要

    随着现代社会的飞速发展以及世界各国之间的商贸往来,国际商务谈判成为全球经济活动不可或缺的一部分。从本质上讲,国际商务谈判是跨文化商务交际活动。非语言交际作为语言交际的必要补充,在国际商务谈判中发挥着重要的作用,甚至某些情况下远远大于语言交际的作用。因此,要想保证国际商务谈判的顺利进行,除了掌握不同国家的语言之外,理解不同国家的文化环境以及不同国家的非语言交际方式也是十分必要的。本文研究了国际商务谈判中的非语言交际方式,包括体态语、环境语以及副语言,并加以案例分析了以上的非语言交际方式是如何影响国际商务谈判的,并提出一些可行的建议,以便促成谈判的成功。

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern society and trades between different countries all over the world, international business negotiations have become an integral part of global economic activities. In essence, the international business negotiations are cross-cultural business communication activities. As a necessary complement to verbal communication, non-verbal communication plays an important role in international business negotiations, and even in some cases the effect is far greater than the language of communication. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth conduct of international business negotiations, in addition to mastering different languages in different countries, it is also imperative and essential to understand ways of nonverbal communication in different cultural environments. This paper aims to study the rules of non-verbal communication in international business negotiations , including body language, environmental language and paralanguage, and analyze how nonverbal communication affects international business negotiations by cases and put forward some practical suggestions to contribute to the success of business negotiations.

1  Introduction
International business negotiations involve cooperation and exchanges between different countries and cultures, and should follow the rule of cross-cultural communication. However, business negotiations are commercial activities related to economic interests, so they are very different from ordinary intercultural communication activities. Faced with businesspeople from different countries, with different political and religious and cultural backgrounds and different customs, focusing on the language of communication, we should understand the cultural background behind their manners. Their gestures, voice tones and facial expression can demonstrate their different cultural backgrounds and deliver different messages. All these differences constitute the different components of Chinese and foreign business practices.
