摘要：

当今社会，在不同的环境中女性扮演着多种身份，无论是成功的职业女性，孝顺的女儿，和蔼可亲的母亲，还是贤惠的妻子,女性无时无刻不在承受的来自各方面的压力。然而，做到在每个领域都成功的女性少之又少。本文通过分析职场女性所遇到的问题，找出相应的解决办法，给即将走进职场的女性一些建议。
电影《黑天鹅》是有关女性职场题材的代表作，因此，本论文通过对作品中人物的分析，总结出现实中女性在职场遇到的问题，并论述如何应对这些问题，同时为即将进入职场的女性应届毕业生提供借鉴和建议。

Abstract:

Nowadays, women always play a different identity in the different environment, whether she is a successful career woman, dutiful daughter, amiable mother, or a good wife. Women are always under all kinds of pressures in different aspects. Therefore, there are just a few women that can achieve success in their field. The purpose of this article is to dig out the career women who will encounter all sorts of problems, and find out the solution for those who haven't entered those problems in workplace. Inspired by the movie Black Swan, this author will discuss some problems which women will encounter and find solutions to help them out of troubles.
This topic through the analysis of the characters in the film summarized the real problems of women in the workplace, and discussed how to deal with these problems. This thesis has a certain model function for recent female college graduates who will be in the workplace.
