摘  要

随着经济全球化的发展，越来越多的企业开始从事进出口贸易。外贸函电作为主要的信息传递媒介在商务中起着重要作用。而且，现在的外贸函电越发追求主题鲜明，表达准确，质量高。而单词是外贸函电中最基础的单位，缩略词更是外贸函电中有别于普通单词的一类特殊单词，在使用时必须要做到格式正确，语言组织有条理以便准确传达具体的信息，从而帮助快速理解贸易事项。本研究首先将分析外贸函电中常用的专业术语类缩略词的种类，然后通过具体的例子将对外贸函电中专业术语类缩略词的构词法进行分析，并对专业术语类缩略词使用所遵循的规则特点进行探讨。通过相关分析，希望能够使读者根据缩略词的构词法及种类规则的特点寻找到方法写好外贸函电，从而促进外贸商务的发展。

Abstract

With the development of global economic integration, more and more enterprises begin to deal with import and export trade business. As the main information transmission way, foreign trade correspondence plays a very important role in business. What’s more, the foreign trade correspondence tends to be of bright theme, accurate expression and high quality. Word is the most basic unit in foreign trade correspondence and abbreviation is a kind of special vocabulary in correspondence which is different from ordinary letters. In order to accurately convey specific information, and thus help accelerate the realization of the globalization of trade, it is important to use exact, specific, and well-organized words, as well as abbreviations. This thesis will firstly analyze the types about abbreviation of terminology which are widely used in foreign trade correspondence. Then, the morphology about abbreviation of terminology in foreign trade correspondence and the rules about abbreviation of terminology are stated. In addition, examples and details are listed in the thesis. The paper aims at helping readers to find some methods for writing a good foreign trade correspondence through following rules of the abbreviation about terminology in correspondence, and thus to promote the development of foreign trade business.
