摘  要

随着经济全球化进程的推进,中国的跨国企业面临越发多的挑战,加之不多文化背景必然导致的文化冲突,跨国企业的文化建设成为了其中至关重要的一项挑战。因为跨国经营,企业文化建设比以往要棘手得多。为建立优秀的企业文化,促进跨国公司内部各国文化的交融,管理者应针对当前状况,采取相应举措。本文从跨国企业文化建设的相关理论出发,比较分析了跨国企业文化的特点和作用。再以华为企业为实例,针对其近三十年的企业文化,分析其企业文化建设的优点及需加强之处。在此基础上针对跨国企业文化建设面临的常见问题,以实证与理论相结合的原理,提出了五大企业文化建设的解决策略,旨在提升我国跨国企业文化水平,助推企业综合实力的发展。

Abstract

With the deepening of economic globalization and rapid development of economy, China’s multinational enterprises are not only developing more and more rapidly, but also facing increasing challenges and troubles. Cultural construction is a crucial one among these challenges because of the inevitable cultural conflicts in business caused by different cultural backgrounds. Due to transnational operation, culture construction is much more complicated than ever before. In order to establish outstanding corporate culture and promote the cultural integration inside the multinational enterprises, operators should take corresponding steps to deal with the current severe situation. This dissertation starts with relevant influential theories about cultural diversity and corporate culture, and analyzes the main features and functions of corporate culture which give the further explanations and a better understanding of the thesis. In addition, this paper takes Huawei as an example, analyzes the merits and demerits of its principal corporate cultures over the past 30 years. Three types of corporate culture of Huawei are introduced. Finally, on the basis of the major problems in corporate cultural construction, five strategies are put forward in this paper from the perspectives of both practice and theory. The main purposes of these strategies are to help to improve corporate culture of Chinese multinational enterprises and enhance their overall strength as well.
