摘 要
在商务英语谈判中,我们会遇到很多需要表态的情形。事实上,在整个过程中,我们通常都是围绕着统一和反对来进行。学会用英文恰当的表达赞同与否决,巧用赞同与否决可使我方在激战中转危为安,从困境中解脱出来。也可使对方产生好感,带来无限商机。下面这篇论文主要介绍几种如何在商务谈判中用英语表示赞同与反对的方法。并且通过数据和具体的案例分析来让读者有一个更加清晰的认识。

Abstract
We could meet with a lot of situations that we have a need to express our decisions in Business English Negotiation. In fact, we are mainly focus on the agreement or disagreement in the whole process. Learn how to use English properly to express the viewpoint of YES and NO. A proper use of YES and NO sentences could make our side’s situation become better, getting out of the trap, from another side could leaves a good impression on other people which brings to uncountable business opportunities. .Therefore, the way of use YES and NO sentences correctly has significant influences on the results of negotiation. As we all know that different sentences indicate the different meanings or purposes. So there is a desperately need in understanding and analyzing the meaning hided in it. Then this paper would introduce some methods of how to using English to express YES and NO in business negotiation.
