摘  要

全球经济一体化的发展，使得跨文化交际在人类生活中发挥出越来越重要的作用。跨文化交际也对商务英语产生了举足轻重的影响。从事商务英语工作者需要掌握一定的跨文化交际能力，了解对方国的文化习惯才能更好地促进国际贸易的开展。所以，进行有关跨文化交际能力对商务英语的影响的研究有其重要意义。本文通过实证分析和归纳总结的方法，通过对国内外现状分析，对跨文化交际和商务英语的研究，以及他们之间的影响，阐述了了解掌握跨文化交际能力在商务英语中发挥的重要作用。

Abstract

With the development of the unification of the global economy, intercultural communication becomes more and more important in people’s daily life。Intercultural communication plays an important role in business English. International businessmen need to learn more about intercultural communication skills and be familiar with their cultural customs, only in this way; they can make their business trade more easily. So it is necessary to study the impact of intercultural communication on business English. By using different research methods such as empirical analysis and the combination of standardized analysis, the author gives a brief introduction about international situation, and then has an analysis about intercultural communication and business English. The author also has an analysis about the impacts between business English and intercultural communication. At last, this paper will explain the way how important the role of intercultural communication has played in business English.
