Abstract

The feminist movement raised females’ social status, and gave them some equal rights with which males have, such as the equal rights of work and of vote. However, there still exists sexual discrimination to females which can be found in some fields or situations. Aiming at these unequal phenomena, the thesis tries to analyze the spiritual growth that Sarah experienced in Doris Lessing’s work Love, Again, for the sake of  coming up with some proposals and inspiring contemporary Chinese females.
This thesis tries to use contrast to make readers realize that females are equal individuals with independent personality. Besides, females desire to have harmonious family environment, vitality and charm in their whole life. Combining with eco-feminism, the thesis aims to inspire contemporary Chinese females.
Structurally, the thesis includes three chapters. Chapter One analyzes Sarah’s emotional experiences, confusion and spiritual growth. Chapter Two stresses the emotional burdens of Chinese females from females themselves, their families, and the society. Based on the conclusions of Chapter One and Chapter Two, Chapter Three puts forwards proposals to Chinese females from the perspective of females’ self-cognition, society’s attitude and eco-feminist view.

摘  要

    女权主义运动提高了女性的社会地位，给予了她们一些与男性平等的权利，例如工作权和选举权。然而，在一些领域依然存在着对女性的性别歧视。针对这些不平等的现象，本论文通过分析莱辛的代表作《又来了，爱情》中萨拉的精神成长过程，提出一些有效的建议，以此激励当代中国女性在面对感情，面对生活的时候，保持年轻的心态，建立自信并且施展魅力。
在《又来了，爱情》这部作品中，莱辛将关注的视角放在了女性的精神成长上。本论文尝试运用对比法，让读者认识到，女性是平等且拥有独立人格的个体；另一方面，也借由对作品的分析，解释所有女性的共同追求，即对于各年龄阶段的女性，活力与魅力与和谐的家庭氛围。此外，结合生态女性主义理论的观点，本论文旨在激励当代的中国女性，使她们意识到自身观念的不足，为当代中国女性完善自我提出可行的建议。
结构上，本篇论文包括三个章节。第一章详细描述了作品中萨拉的情感经历、困惑以及在此过程中的精神成长过程。第二章从女性自身、家庭和社会三个方面简析当代中国女性所面临的情感负担。第三章在第一、二章结论的基础上，从女性自我认识、社会的包容度和生态女性主义三个角度，为当代中国女性的权利保障和自身观念的转变提出启示性建议。
