摘要:

宗教和女性主义一直是西方社会所探究的课题。美国作家丹•布朗的小说《达•芬奇密码》尽管讲述了峋山隐修会和主业会之间的宗教阴谋,但书中涉及到的圣杯,耶稣之妻抹大拉与耶稣的后代,以及耶稣神性是人为推选出来的等等内容无疑颠覆了西方宗教的认知,却提高了妇女在宗教中的地位,驳斥了西方宗教史中男权统治。本论文首先阐释了女权主义理论,并分析了其对于西方宗教与社会的影响。然后试图通过深入解析小说《达•芬奇密码》中的人物,情节以及背景,以女性主义理论为基础,探讨小说中所反映的女性主体地位的社会及现实意义。同时,本论文也对小说中所涉及到的神圣女性崇拜进行了探讨。

Abstract:

Religion and feminism are always the topic in the western culture. Judging by appearance, American author Dan Brown's novel The Da Vinci Code tells the story of the religious conspiracy between Priory of Sion and the Opus Dei, however, in the novel, the holy grail, the offspring of Jesus's wife Mary Magdalene and Jesus, Jesus' divinity that is chosen by human and so on, all of these undoubtedly subvert the cognition of western religion, but improve the status of women in the religion, dismiss the male domination in the western religious history. This thesis firstly explains the feminism theory and analyzes it’s influence on western religion. Then the thesis attempts to deeply analyze the characters, plots and background of the novel The Da Vinci Code and base on the feminist theory to discuss the social and practical significance of principal position of woman that reflects in the novel. At the same time, this thesis also discusses the sacred feminine worship of the novel.

  1.1 The inspiration of this thesis
    In recent years, feminism is the topic in western society. Since its publication in 2003, Dan Brown's novel The Da Vinci Code has had an impact not only in the world of literature and the related world of the arts but also in the social and political spheres. The novel subverts the previous views of western religion and improves the status of woman in religion.
