摘要：

《天使的愤怒》是西德尼·谢尔顿的代表作之一，一经问世便受到各界的广泛关注。这本书以纽约的一个年轻的女律师詹妮弗·帕克的经历为中心，叙述了她的奋斗、爱情、堕落和幻灭的过程。本文旨在从女性主义角度，就女主人公詹妮弗·帕克的形象、事业、爱情和家庭中所体现的女性主义观点进行分析, 给小说以新的诠释。总的来说，詹妮弗外表平凡但才华横溢的形象,体现了女性内在比外表更重要的观点；詹妮弗努力成为优秀律师的过程则是现实社会中女性奋斗历程的缩影，不仅体现了女性受教育权与工作权的重要性，还展现了男权社会中女性生存的艰辛；女主人公的爱情与家庭则体现了女性有独立意识、自我意识的重要性，女性不应是男性的附属品，女性有追求幸福的权利与自由。本文的目的是希望通过本文的研究，能够引起读者对现实社会中女性所面临的现状有一定认识，并引发读者思考。

Abstract:

 Rage of Angels is one of Sidney Sheldon’s representative works which has received an extensive attention since it was published. This book take the experience of a young female lawyer Jennifer Parker in New York as the center, described her process of struggle, love, corruption and disillusionment. From the perspective of feminist, this thesis analysis the novel from the character, career, love life and family of the heroine Jennifer Parker, aiming to have new interpretation of this novel. Overall, the character of Jennifer, looks ordinary but talented, reflects that the internality of a women is more important than the appearance. Her progress to become a famous lawyer is an epitome of the struggle of most women in the real world, it not only reflects the importance of women’s right to receive education and work, but also shows the hardships of women who try to survive in the male-dominated society. And the love experience and family of Jennifer reflects the awaking of female’s independent consciousness and self-consciousness, it tells us women should not be the subordinate of men, and women have the right to pursue their happiness and freedom. The purpose of this thesis is to help the readers have knowledge of the situation that women facing in the real world and lead the readers to introspect themselves.
