摘要：

《失落的秘符》是美国现代文学史上重要的作家丹·布朗的作品，作者对人物的观察细致入微，细腻地刻画出人物的内心活动、微妙的心理变化，表现了人们对精神世界的追求。丹布朗堪称今日美国最著名畅销书作家。其父亲是知名数学教授，母亲则是宗教音乐家，成长于这样的特殊环境中，科学与宗教这两种在人类历史上看似如此截然不同却又存在着千丝万缕关联的信仰成为他的创作主题。
    本文从《失落的秘符》这本书出发，将这本书里的现实存在因素与作者想象出来的书中现象区分出来，找出作者是如何将读者带进自己的书中世界而不能自拔的方法。书中出现的例如《圣经》，美国国会大厦，共济会等都是现实中大家有目共睹的存在，可是对于美国国会大厦中存在的秘密却是作者创造出来的。本文通过对于小说中各种虚实结合描写的研究，探讨丹布朗给读者带来的精神追求和对人生意义的启示。

Abstract:

The Lost Symbol, waited by Dan Brown, is important in the history of modern American literature. Dan Brown shows the characters of the meticulous observation, exquisite depict the inner life of the characters and subtle psychological changes, bring people pursuit the spiritual world. Dan Brown is the most famous American best-selling writer today. His father is a famous professor of mathematics, and her mother is a religious musician, grew up in such a special environment, science and religion both in the history of mankind seems so different but there are inextricably related beliefs become the themes of his works.
 The passage is built on The Lost Symbol, and make a distinguish between the reality factors and the appearance of the author’s imagination in the book, as well as find the author’s way which bring the reader’s in his book and addicted to his world. Some things appeared in this book, like The Bible, Capitol, Freemasons and so on, are existed in our daily life. But the secret hided in the Capital was imagined by the author. This article discussed the spiritual pursuit of Dan brown brings to the readers and the meaning of life, through the description of all kinds of bricks in the novel.
