摘  要

爱伦·坡是美国浪漫主义时期的著名小说家、诗人及文学评论家，其著作颇丰，风格怪诞灵异。在诗歌创作上，爱伦·坡善于运用神化典故和押韵，呈现出一种特有的阴暗诡异之美。法国象征派诗歌先驱波德莱尔就深受爱伦·坡诗歌的影响。国内，其诗歌自新文化运动以来就受到了学者的关注，其中《乌鸦》和《安娜贝尔李》被广为传颂。但是国内研究其诗歌的规模和影响远远不及对其小说的研究。随着国内日益突显的现代文化危机和人们心理观念的改变，爱伦·坡诗歌的美学意义将对国内的文化领域带来积极影响。所以，本文将主要运用归纳、对比、分层法从音韵、意象、主题等方面对其诗歌的美学进行探究，希望帮助读者对其诗歌的理解与赏析。

Abstract

Edgar Allan Poe is a famous writer, poet and literature critic in the American romantic period. He was proficient in applying symbolic mythology and metrical rhythm to the poems. Therefore, his poems always convey a type of beauty of darkness and the sense of grotesque. He was esteemed by the French author Baudelaire, the most profound poet who ever pioneered the Symbolism in the world. In a sense, Edgar Allan Poe’s poetry was a driving force for the development of the modernist poems. In China, Edgar Allan Poe’s poems have aroused attention among the domestic scholars and experts since the New Culture Movement. Some poems, such as The Raven and Annabel Lee, are spread widely these years. However, studies on his poems are not as profound as on his novels within our country. With the increasing cultural crises of the modern industrialization and changes in people’s thoughts, the aesthetics of Poe’s poems will have more positive influences on the domestic culture and be highly regarded by the domestic researchers. Thus, this paper mainly studies the aesthetic features of metrical rhythm, images and themes in Poe’s poems by methods of induction, comparison and stratification with a view to helping readers to better understand and appreciate his poems.
