本文由以下五部分组成：

前言部分简要介绍了电影《海洋奇缘》，此电影的背景信息，与电影《海洋奇缘》相关的国内外文献综述，以及该论文的写作目的。 

第二部分分析莫阿娜和毛伊的精神成长主题及促成精神成长的因素。第三部分从莫阿娜的反传统女性意识和社会地位分析女性意识主题。第四部分从人与自然的关系及其启示分析影片中所反映的人与自然的主题。
