摘要 

在这个全球化时代，不管是时尚风行还是技术融合都在驱使我们不断吸收、了解和学习国外优秀的文化。语言是文化的载体。英语作为全球通用的语言是中外沟通的重要渠道，而花语在英汉文化中可以说是特殊的语言符号。由于文化环境等各方面的影响，英汉花语都有着各自的特性。花语的发展始终融汇在语言的发展中，所以了解花语有助于中外语言学习者对两种语言与文化的理解。本文从隐喻认知角度下比较中英花语的差异，运用文献资料法、对比分析法和综合分析法对中英花语的异同进行了初步的研究，旨在让知识鲜活有色彩、简单易接受，便于学习者在了解英汉认知差异基础上去学习语言与文化。
