摘要

伊迪斯•华顿是19世纪末美国文学界最具有影响力的女作家之一。《纯真年代》作为华顿最杰出的作品之一，展示了19世纪70年代末80年代初,美国纽约上层阶级的全景。在《纯真年代》这部作品中，作者取材于自己的亲身经历，以及周围熟悉的环境，塑造小说人物性格，并将作品主题扎根于现实中。本篇文章主要以小说的三个主人公为媒介，较之前人更加细致地研究了女性主义在小说中的体现。

本篇文章主要分为四个部分。第一章主要介绍了伊迪斯•华顿及《纯真年代》。第二章是女性主义定义及其发展历程。第三章从两方面描写了女性主义在小说中的体现。分别是女性主义在三位主人公身上的体现以及纯真年代中三位主人公女性意识形成·的原因。第四部分总结全文。
