摘  要

自21世纪以来英语成为一门必修课程后,各学者对有关英语教学方面的研究层出不穷。愈来愈多研究显示,在英语教学课堂中,不仅需要老师的正确引导,更重要的是学生的配合及其与老师的互动。但现实教学中,有很多学生在英语课堂上却持有一种“不合作”心态,这不仅有学生自身的性格,兴趣等原因,还有教师的教学综合素质及社会外部环境的影响。本文将通过分析不合作学生的类型,小组合作中不合作学生的表现以及通过对学生的问卷调查形式对此话题进行探讨,笔者相信通过因材施教,增进师生情感互动的方法以及注重课堂感受的教学原则等方案可以解决此类问题,也希望未来的英语课堂可以更加高效和谐。

Abstract

Since the twenty-first Century, English has become a required course, and the research on the teaching of English lecture is in an endless stream. More and more research shows, in the English classroom teaching, not only the teachers should give students the correct guidance, more important is the cooperation of students and the interaction between students and teachers. But there are many students who hold a “non- cooperation” mentality, not only because of the students’ personality, interests, but also the teachers’ comprehensive quality and the social external environment. Through analyzing the types of these students, the uncooperative students’ performances in group cooperation, the author thinks that teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, enhancing the interaction between teachers and students, and paying attention to the teaching principles of classroom can solve the problem and hope the English class in the future can be more effective and harmony.

1. Introduction
1.1 Background and the Significance of Research

With the deepening development of the curriculum reform, the method of the classroom teaching has changed from teachers’ “what I say” to a kind of better method which let students be the main character in the classroom. As non-native speakers of English subjects, the students’ ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing mainly comes from the classroom. In order to improve the efficiency of English teaching, mutual understanding and mutual cooperation has become an important contributor to the success of English teaching. Since the twenty-first Century, English has become a required course, and the research on the teaching of English lecture is in an endless stream. More and more research shows, in the English classroom teaching, not only the teachers should give students the correct guidance, more important is the cooperation of students and the interaction between students and teachers. But in the real teaching classroom, many students hold a “non- cooperation” mentality in the English classroom, and they keep negative treatment of English curriculum, this situation not only leads to a bad English course of individual students, but also leads to the indifference and hostility between teachers and students.
