摘要

现阶段学习者的个体差异作为研究的一个重要分支，学习风格近年来成为外语教学研究的研究热点，受到越来越多外语教师的关注。但是，男生和女生之间的学习风格存在很大差异，本文采用问卷调查、访谈及课堂观察对高一的学生进行研究，旨在了解高中生的英语学习风格的现状, 并分析男女英语学习风格的差异。通过调查发现：①高一学生普遍喜欢采用独立学习风格以及视觉学习风格学习英语。②男生普遍喜欢采用触觉学习方法，女生普遍喜欢听觉型学习方法。③男女学习风格的差异引起学生英语学习的态度及习惯的差异。最后，本文针对研究发现提出相应的建议，希望能够提供一些方法促进高中生更加有效的学习英语以及教师在英语教学中能够重视性别差异在英语学习中的重要性。

Abstract

As an important branch of the study of individual differences, learning style has become the hot issue of foreign language teaching research in recent years, and has received more attention from foreign language teachers.. However, there are great differences between male and female students in the learning styles. Therefore, individual differences of students are often ignored. This paper uses questionnaire survey, interview and classroom observation to study the senior high school students. And all the English teachers of grade one were interviewed. And this paper tends to explore the current situation of English learning style between male and female students. Through the analysis, this paper found that high students generally prefer the individual learning style and visual learning style. Male students prefer the tactile learning style while female students prefer the auditory learning style. The different learning styles will lead to different learning attitudes. Finally, this paper will employ some suggestions to help students to learn English more efficiently and help the teachers to pay more attention to the students’ individual differences.
