摘要

中国经济飞速发展，成为世界最大经济体之一，与世界其他国家以及国际组织之间的联系日益密切，在世界经济多元化发展的时代背景之下，我们应当抓住每一次有利于增强综合国力，提高国际地位的合作机会。因此，对商务合同的翻译就占据了十分重要的地位。本论文着重介绍的是商务合同文本中一词多义现象的翻译。在研究过程中，作者总结了两点商务合同翻译中较为严重的问题：生搬硬套和搭配不当。在此基础之上，分析了这些问题产生的原因。一是词义的复杂性。多义词如其名一样，意思繁多，易让人误解，有些词单复数形式就代表了截然不同的意思；二是不同行业专业术语的不同使用。这些词义一般不常见，如若不查阅专业资料定会产生歧义；三是文化冲突。在国际交往尤其是对商务合同文本的翻译中，对于文化差异也需要极大关注。针对这三个方面的问题，作者提出了一些相关的解决方法。
