摘要

电视剧是文化传播的重要手段。而字幕是重要的信息载体，对观众理解情节和外来文化起着至关重要的作用。因此，字幕翻译的质量对文化传播具有重要意义。《甄嬛传》是近年来广受好评的一部清代宫斗剧。其中颇具中国特色的对话引起了观众的极大兴趣。2015年，该剧由美国翻译团队翻译并在海外播出，不仅赢得了外国观众的好评而且引起了国内外的热议。本文将从异化和归化的视角选取一部分著名台词和人名、头衔等探讨字幕翻译的策略，总结了翻译的得失，并提出了一些建议，希望能为字幕翻译提供参考。
