摘要

作为美国最杰出的作家之一，海明威在世界文坛也享誉盛名。《乞力马扎罗的雪》是海明威最负盛名的短篇小说之一，小说的主要内容由人物之间的对话组成，作者利用这一创作技巧推动着故事情节的发展，也深深地吸引着读者的心。正如扬雄所说，“言，心声也”，对话是人内心思考和自然表露的混合体。因此，本文基于会话合作原则分析主人公之间的对话，以此来分析小说中所体现的死亡观。当面对死亡时，主人公哈里经历了害怕、愤怒和无助。最终他接受了自己即将到来的死亡，并且对死亡的态度也变得超然。这也恰是作者想要告诉我们的——用硬汉精神去拥抱死亡。在今天，海明威的死亡观仍然对我们有着重要影响。
