摘要

在急速发展的当今社会，商务交流活动日益频繁。随着我国社会经济的发展，商业也随之繁荣兴旺。不仅是国内的交流日益密切，国际交流合作和跨文化的商务沟通也在迅猛增加。同时餐桌礼仪在商务沟通交流中的作用也不断变大。在不同文化背景下会产生不同的餐桌礼仪。本文采用文献分析，分析归纳，案例分析等多种研究方法对餐桌礼仪在商务沟通中起到的作用进行多角度的详细分析与研究。了解餐桌礼仪的作用，可以促进中西方饮食文化的交流与融合，避免跨文化交际中发生冲突与障碍，使商务活动进展顺利。
