摘要

本文围绕49年前后中国人名、地名、作品名的翻译不同展开。在特定的历史背景和时代环境下，翻译的创作离不开文化的渲染，因此本文基于苏珊巴斯内特的翻译文化构建理论和以色列学者佐哈尔的多元系统的法医理论，从文化、语言、历史等角度进行论述，并且以翻译中文化为导向的理论为重点，结合威尔马斯拼音法和建国后周有光的拼音方案和各种实例，来共同解读造成49年前后翻译上差异的原因和特点。
